a. Account Data (Dashboard Users)
If you create an account to organize events and access our dashboard, we collect:

This data is necessary to provide dashboard functionality, authentication, and team collaboration features.
b. Anonymous Survey Responses
By design, all voice and text-based responses submitted by survey respondents are anonymous. Survey respondents do not need accounts and we do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) in association with survey responses unless explicitly provided.
From survey respondents, we collect:
- • Voice recordings and transcriptions
- • Text-based answers to survey questions
- • Event-level metadata (e.g. event ID, time of submission)
None of this survey response data is linked to an individual respondent's identity.
c. Site Analytics (Plausible)
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first tool that does not use cookies, track personal data, or store user profiles.
We may collect anonymized usage metrics such as:

Survey responses: We retain anonymized survey responses for as long as needed to provide insights and improve our systems. Since no user identity is attached to response data, submissions cannot be traced back to an individual respondent.
You may request deletion of specific content by providing contextual details (e.g. event name, timestamp) to help us locate it.

We take reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

Note: Survey responses are anonymous by design and cannot be linked to individual respondents. These rights primarily apply to account holder data.

Our Services are intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

10. International Users
Last Word AI Inc. is headquartered in the United States.
