5. AI-Generated Content

Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate insights, summaries, and other content based on survey responses. You acknowledge and agree that:

• • AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies
• • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before relying on it for any purpose
• • We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated insights
• • You should not make critical business decisions based solely on AI-generated content without independent verification

6. Export Features

Our Services may allow you to export survey data and insights in various formats. You agree that:

• • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws when handling exported data
• • Export features are provided "as-is" and formatting may vary across different export formats

7. Service Availability and Requirements

We strive to maintain reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. You acknowledge that:

• • Voice recording features require HTTPS and modern browser support (microphone access permissions required)
• • The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF INSIGHTS, OUTPUTS, OR ANY CONTENT GENERATED BY OUR SERVICES.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAST WORD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Last Word AI Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
